Look Unto The Lord

This week one of the places I have been reading is in the Book of Isaiah. As I read underline and meditate on verses in my study Bible. I would like to share four of those verses which mean so much to me.

The Lord is the salvation of all – Isaiah 45:22 “Look unto me, and be ye saved. All the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.”

Don’t be afraid He not only saves but He is with you ---Isaiah 41:10 “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee, yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of righteousness.

You will preserve in the Lord ---Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their Strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run. And not be weary: and they shall walk, and not faint.”

We are the Lord’s and He calls us by name --- Isaiah 43:1 “But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and He formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; and thou art mine.”
